    This is a beautiful tart. Maine wild blueberries will be in season and I know what I’ll be making. It is funny but I must have tasted some of your creations at Seegers…it was a great restaurant.

    • Yes, Seeger’s really was one of the greats… I learned so much there about ingredients. and treating them with respect… We could be making something as simple like a strawberry cobbler, or complex like brioche etc.., and each would get the same amount of care and attention to detail. So cool that you have eaten there! Enjoy your blueberries!
